Managing Alerts

SeatDrop gives you a short code that links your alerts across devices. Set alerts on your phone, check them from your laptop — or the other way around.

Your short code

When you create your first alert, SeatDrop generates a unique code like SD-XXXXK. This code is stored automatically in your browser and lasts for 30 days.

How to find your code

Your short code appears on the My Alerts page on your mobile device. Look for it near the top of the page.

Use it on another device

1. Open seatdrop.app on your other device
2. Go to My Alerts
3. Enter your short code in the code field
4. Your alerts appear — same data, different device
5. On desktop when saving an alert you can enter your short code to save it as a push notification & get notified via your mobile device

Good to know

• The code is tied to your alerts, not your device — it works on any browser
• Each code lasts 30 days from when it was created
• If you lose your code, you'll need to set up new alerts
• Never share your short code with anyone; it is yours to keep private
