1. What SeatDrop Does

SeatDrop monitors movie theatre seat availability and sends notifications when monitored seats become available. SeatDrop does not sell, reserve, or purchase tickets. All ticket transactions occur directly on the theatre's website.

2. No Guarantees

SeatDrop monitors seat availability on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that you will be notified of every seat change, or that seats will still be available when you attempt to book. Theatre data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable.

3. Supported Chains

SeatDrop currently monitors AMC Theatres, Alamo Drafthouse, and Cinemark. Chain availability may change without notice.

4. Account & Alerts

Alerts are linked to your device (via push notifications) or phone number (via SMS). You are responsible for providing accurate contact information. Alerts expire automatically after the showtime passes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SeatDrop to interfere with theatre booking systems
• Automate interactions with SeatDrop beyond normal use
• Resell or commercially exploit seat availability data from SeatDrop

6. SMS Alerts

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications about seat availability. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can stop receiving SMS alerts by cancelling your alerts.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of SeatDrop after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimer

SeatDrop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with AMC Theatres, Alamo Drafthouse, Cinemark, or any other theatre chain.
